Experience
I earned my Bachelor of Laws degree from Laval University in 2011 and have been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2012. Passionate about labor law, I also hold a certificate in labor relations and have been a Certified Industrial Relations Advisor (CRIA) since 2017.
My practice has involved handling all aspects of labor relations and human resources management (including the negotiation and drafting of individual and collective bargaining agreements, disciplinary and administrative management, restructuring, terminations, and all matters related to labor standards and occupational health and safety).
Through my experience as a labor law litigator, I also developed an interest in conflict prevention and resolution, having obtained my accreditation as a mediator in civil, commercial, and labor law from the Bar Association, followed by my certification as an investigator of workplace psychological harassment from both the Bar Association and the Ordre des CRHA, and finally my accreditation as a civil and commercial arbitrator.
I also have the pleasure of providing training on various topics related to the prevention and resolution of workplace disputes and psychological harassment. In this capacity, I conduct the Bar Association’s seminar several times a year for lawyers seeking accreditation in harassment investigations.
What led me to work at CHABOT, Mediator-Attorneys, is my sincere desire to dedicate myself to our clients. My openness and my ability to listen to people facing legal problems ensure that I carry out the mandates entrusted to me with passion.
