Description
We are currently seeking a lawyer or a member of the Ordre des CRHA, ideally with at least three (3) years of experience, to expand our workplace conflict prevention and resolution practice. Reporting directly to the firm’s management but working under the direct supervision of the Head of the Labor Law Department, the candidate will be responsible for certain matters, such as:
- Drafting, reviewing, or providing consultation on individual and/or collective employment contracts, as well as any policies, guidelines on working conditions, or employee handbooks.
- Advice and guidance on human resources management and occupational health and safety.
- Involvement in the firm’s training programs on various topics related to labor relations, awareness sessions, mediation, and coaching.
- Involvement in investigations and analyses of the admissibility of complaints regarding psychological harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or workplace violence, as well as in workplace climate analyses.
- Participation in the development of promotional content for services and business development events for the department’s activities.
These cases may be handled independently or in support of cases led by other professionals at the firm, as needed.

Skills and Experience
- A member in good standing of the Bar Association or the Ordre des CRHA for at least three (3) years.
- Accreditations in labor law mediation and harassment investigations are a plus.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills during periods of temporary heavy workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively in French and English, both verbally and in writing.
- A desire to learn and a healthy sense of self-criticism.
