The training is designed as a process of exchange and learning. Participants will have the opportunity to apply the concepts learned between training days and ask clarifying questions at the start of each training day.
The main topics covered are as follows:
- Exploring different mediation models;
- Group mediation exercises with feedback;
- Video analysis of mediation sessions;
- Exploring different negotiation styles and their impact on mediation;
- Analysis of the mediation standards guide and the new Code of Civil Procedure;
- Sharing best practices in family mediation.
This course is open to professionals in both the psychosocial and legal fields.
